Seafood in New Caledonia! A porcelain lobster, very similair to an Atlantic spiny lobster but the colors are much brighter (aqua, green and orange) and a giant fluted clam. They are a staple food for locals and taste great. We have seen some fluted clams big enough to eat a small dog!
