SIMMER'S BLUE WATER VOYAGE |
|
|
Pilot whales riding SIMMER's bow wave in the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Carpentaria. Pilot whales are considered more closely related to dolphins than whales, but they have a very bulbous head. These whales were 12 to 15 ft. long. A view of Gove Harbor from the Gove Yacht Club. There is a sizeable live-aboard community here and the yacht club is very accommodating and friendly. << Previous Picture Photo Page Next Picture>>
