SIMMER'S BLUE WATER VOYAGE

Colleen with a Madagascar friend (a black Lemur) and his favorite food (bananas).   The next shot is a female black lemur.  The males are black and the females are a light brown.  These lemurs are in a park on Nosy Komba (Komba means lemur in Malagasy).  The lemurs here benefit from a local fady (sacred belief) and are therefor safe from hunting.  90% of the worlds lemurs can be found only in Madagascar.   The remainder exist in the Comors (including Mayotte).
